In order to better adopt FoxBound and maximize its value in a short amount of time, our team has created the  Validation Framework to make it easy!

We strive to make FoxBound as accessible and as easy to use as possible. When taking time out of your busy schedule to evaluate new tools, we understand it’s better to be short & sweet.

As a recommended window of time, we advise taking a few hours over the course of two weeks to evaluate in a trial environment. By the end of the two weeks, you’ll walk away with an understanding of the following:

  • Administration
  • Segmentation
  • Contact Creation
  • Pursuit: How to plan, script, and execute
  • Reporting: Tracking both individual / team metrics & KPI’s
  • Selling internally

Week One: Foundation & Execution

What do I need to know?

  • Recommended time allocation: 90-120 minutes
  • Topics: Setup, segmentation, messaging, execution
  • Core Modules: Administration, DataScout, Pursuit, DataDen
  • Audience Involved: Sales reps (end users), sales ops, sales management

Week Two: Reporting & Follow Up

What do I need to know?

  • Recommended time allocation: 60-90 minutes
  • Topics: Reporting, results, business case
  • Core Modules: Dashboard, Pursuit, Reports
  • Audience Involved: End users, sales management, executive sponsor

One More Thing.. Managing Expectations!

It’s incredibly important that we emphasize the exact KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), or “Validation Criteria,” that we’re aiming to satisfy.

Mainly, the goal here is to: quantify average time spent researching, list-building, emailing, and tracking follow-ups before & after the use of FoxBound.

Our team won’t be surprised whatsoever when your team sets meetings in the Validation Process, but the ROI of FoxBound is best measured in terms of time & efficiency. We believe that when personnel, process, and tooling all align and are optimized, the key results of meetings set & pipeline generated will come naturally.

Without further ado, let’s head to Week One!
