Scrubbing Lists and Pursuits

There are several ways you can double check whether a contact is associated to multiple Pursuits to ensure you aren’t accidentally sending duplicate communication.

In the List view

There will be a blue number icon under the Pursuit column if a contact is associated with an email campaign.

By hovering over the icon you will be able to see the Pursuit name. 

In the Pursuit view

In the Pursuit tab and within a specific email campaign, you will see a red warning banner if FoxBound detects duplicate contacts.

Duplicate Contacts

By clicking the red banner, the duplicates will appear for you to select which contact to keep. You can also see additional contact information such as job title and company name by selecting the downward arrow on the far right.

Remove Duplicates
